Yes. I am not young anymore. Truth be told, I do not want to lead an unhealthy lifestyle. I eat a lot, I'm always hungry and I forgot how it feels to be so full.
Starting last month, I've been taking notes on what I consume everyday. I've cut down calories intake and been forcing myself to consume not more than 1200 calories per day. Yes, it is painful for a food lover like me. T.T
Other than that, I've started working out again. Running and super-walk everyday for at least 40 minutes.
I prefer running and walking rather than doing Yoga or Pilates.
I love running at Kompleks Sukan Likas lake, and I prefer running outdoors rather than running on the treadmill. Treadmill bores me actually.
Well, let's see how I survive. On a lighter, I've lost 1 kilogram after a week of running everyday!
