staying healthy

So in my previous post I did mention that I've lost 1 kilogram right? Guess what, I've lost 3.6 kilograms in just three weeks after some intensive diet and work out plans.

Ramadhan is here so I have to slow down a bit, but still watching on what I eat. Have a happy Ramadhan and remember, Ramadhan is the Month of Fitness, not the Month of Fatness.
