Hi. I've been abandoning this blog for ages as I rant much often on Twitter. You can reach me there by the tweet-handle of @benazirjb.
Let's talk about running, shall we? I don't run everyday because law school has totally conquer my life, but whenever I get the chance, I will run for at least 10-15 minutes.
I run to stay in shape and for emotion and tension release. If you want to lose some weight, I suggest that you should start running today as it is the best cardio exercise to blast serious calories in your body.
Think of this, I can walk, so I can run. It is all about our mindset, if you set your mind that you can't run, then you can't run.
Of course it is hard to start running, but it is either today, or never.
For beginners, start slowly with a walk. After a few days of walking, then you should start with a combination of walk and run.
Take it slow, step by step.

And yes, before I forgot, do not run everyday if you have just started running! Give your muscles and tendons a chance to adapt to running.
Remember, if you can't run, walk, do not give up and take it slow.
